Service Consultant

Responsible for accurately recording customer concerns to the repair order, and recommending needed maintenance and service based on CDJR and dealership recommendations. Weekly compensation as well as monthly commissions based on performance and customer satisfaction scores for an experienced consultant. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds system a plus.
